Pain on my penis

Before I've had sex with my current partner who is my 2nd life time partner all together, I went and got my self checked. I haven't had sex for over a year and 3 months. when we would have sex (we had sex 3 times) all three times would last for a long period of time, upwards of 35+ minutes and more. The last time I had sex with her was Friday. Today I noticed a little pain on the top of my penis where I pee. I do not have any pain while I pee. Not sure what it is?
