  4. Pain on my head. Is it ok?

I had an mild injury 10 years ago on my head , after ct scanning nothing found . But sometimes I feel mild pin on my head , the pain is not affecting my daily life but when it happen i feel uneasy. Till now no vomiting noticed . Is it ok ? Plz guide me
