Pain on Left upper side. Sgot going up?

On 10th april  feeling symptoms of covid taken some ayurvedic medicine Coronil and other medicine like paracetamol 650 mg and doxycycline 10 days, Ivermectin and azithromycin 6 days,Vitamin C and zink for 20 days. on 23rd May My sgpt was 118 and sgot 36 then visited to a  gastro doctor he advice Cobadex czs for 3 month . On 29th may Bilirubin was 2.3 ,Sgpt 111 and sgot 34. Then on 8th June I again test along with ultrasound . Ultrasound is normal( while before 1 yrs was fatty liver) sgpt is 85 sgot is 65 (why ist increased) bilirubin is 0.86. I am taking curd and rice.milk with turmeric boiled gram and peanut. I rarely take alcohol approx 90 ml but not taken since 3 months never taken regular and more.Not taking spicy food. Suggest me to better and why sgot going up ?
