Pain on left side of pelvis in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I'm 10 weeks 7 days pregnant. I'm having pain on left side of pelvis every now n then. In my recent USG everything is normal except corpus luteal cyst on left ovary. My baby is also growing fine. Never had any bleeding. Though my pain seems to be increasing day by day. Pl suggest the reason nd cure
