Pain on left side of my breast

Hi, since a week i am feeling pain and heaviness in the left side of my breast.Earlier i thought its happening cos of my periods but till now i can feel the pain and now its bothering me.

Left side chest pain can be due to some muscle pull at your age.. but advised to do chest xray and ecg to rule out other problems.. does it pain while doing movements of chest then muscular pain is more likely
