Pain on left lower side of rib

Asked for Male, 39 Years

I had a pain on lower left rib last 20 days. The pain came and after some time the pain was gone this happened 2-3 times . Last 14 days before acute pain started in night after which I consulted the doctor who gave me medicine for 10 days and have done sonography and urine report attached. But now also there is very little pain the whole day sometime I feel and sometimes it's gone which I could not understand why this is happening pls guide. The reports and prescription is attached for your kind reference.
