Pain on left hand elbow

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Have been getting pain on left hand elbow, left shoulder from last 4-5 days. Also i get pain in all fingers while riding 2 wheeler; this happens almost every year for 2-3 months. Last week i went for cycling for continuous 2-3 days. Plz suggest what could have caused this and any possible remedies. Thanks.
