Pain on bilateral face

Asked for Female, 45 Years

My mother vary pain on bilateral face & teeth of last 15 days .vary Pain on corner teeth of drinking hot & cold water.when ate paracetamol it solved temporary but again pain after 3-4 hours .pls help.

Check for decay in the last teeth it may be Pulpitis .u need to visit nearby dentist, get an x ray done Painkillers alone won't work she needs a course of antibiotics also . So will suggest to visit to nearby dentist or can make a videoconsult.
