Pain on back of head

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Severe pain back of the head. Feeling like some body holding head frm back side above neck location and pressing the nerves. Numbness on top of the head,cheeks and nose,forehead. Feeling so much uncomfortable and giddiness. Luckily No sensation of omitting no other complications. X ray for cervical spondylosis carried out. All normal. X-ray for sinus.. all normal.. what else...

Pain over back of neck especially early morning, can be due to raised intracranial pressure. High blood pressure can cause this. Other causes include space occupying lesions. CT/MRI may be needed.
