Pain nipping sensation on left side

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I've been getting pains in my stomach the left side it feels like the pain is shooting towards my back lower I'm not sure if it's digestive problems or abdominal problems I've had it for 2 days now it's feel like a nipping sensation to my left side following onto back lower back
