Pain near lower wisdom teeth
I've uploaded a pic. There's a lot of pain in the left side lower  wisdom teeth. What could be the reason. There's some redness there and it's painful.

Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Better Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment (as required).

Hi.. We have to first rule out the reason for pain whether the pain is due to a sharp tooth/ cheek bite/ wisdom tooth. By examining your mouth and by taking an x-ray we can come to a conclusion and based on that treatment plan can be done.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist nearby and get it checked and if possible upload an X-ray. If the problem is because of wisdom tooth then that tooth needs to be removed.
