Pain near left uterus

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Iam married.. I have been having morning sickness... dizzineess, nausea after having food.. and food cravings.. head ache some times.. frequent urination.. and constipation too... getting angry and saddy for silly reasons.. just like dipressed.. and I have pain left to uterus approx nea to left kidney.. veins are erected in legs and hands.. body temperature is high.. white fluid discharge too.. iam a pcod patient too.. may I know why it happens so..?

in pcos even mood changes are common.also fever and white discharge indicate infection. your nausea and food cravings indicate gastritis. all seem like multiple poblems , better to discuss in person with doctor.diet and life style modification are quite helpful.even daqily yoga or exercise too..
