Care AI Shimmer
Will be needing atleast a picture of your tooth to evaluate the situation. Could be a lot of things :- cervical abrasion, cavity, periapical abscess may be followed by muscle spasm.
Next Steps
Should consult dentist if pain persists.
Health Tips
Warm saline rinse thrice a day may help ease the pain a little. Note:- as suggested in earlier post,no hot pack or any pain balm should be applied on the site. It may make things worse if it is an infection.

Hi , How bad is the pain and since how long  . Do u also have swelling at the same region. Do u also get pain during night time. Is it the last tooth ( wisdom tooth ) thats hurting you ? . If u can share a picture of the tooth in ur mouth it can be assessed in a better way. If there is a swelling on the face plz share an extraoral pic also.
Health Tips
dont use any hot fomentation or pain balm at that region
