I felt pain near my heart 3 days back and it occurs quite frequently. May I know what reasons it might be happening. Would it be better to have the TMT Test or 2D echo test?

Does it occur randomly? Or when you are doing some physical activity? Do you have any other medical conditions? No harm in getting an ecg echo and TMT done.
