Pain near heart
From last 3 year i am feeling pain near heart and left shoulder pain and back side pain , there was a mild pid in C5 C6 , i have done ECG a lots of time ECG is quite normal ,I want to know if ECG normal then ECO TMT require or not

ECG gives info on resting heart condition. Whereas TMT gives info on exercise. So TMT gives added information if there is high suspicion. Echocardiography Wl help us to know any other causes of chest pain related to valves, etc
