Pain near belly button while lying down.
I am 34 days pregnant. I have waited 6 years for this to happen but i am very ancious about the child . The problem is i have pain near my belly button when i lie down and also occassional contractions like pain in vagina.. is it normal? I use a google a lot and it sure increases my anxiety. Kindly help. I am not on any medication other that folic acid and syrup duphalac(i have constipation from past 14 days). Is the pain normal and also what are the care i must take ? Plz help

It is normal. Take plenty of liquid and roughage diet help to relieve constipation . Still if you not relive then consult your obstetrician
