Pain lift side chest

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Everyday morning facing pain at left side chest, few times blood came out in morning cough, i hv done CT chest scanning,X-ray, TB test, Blood test, Echo and heart test, all test results gets negative result, but still facing pain in left side arm part, feel like infection in left lung, i dont hv any other problem .

It can be due to costochondrites or intercostal neuralgia. But blood stained sputum should be investigated may be by doing bronchoscopy. consult a chest specialist.
