You need to visit in person for physical asessment of the pain as to where its actually starting and any nerve issues occured, so that only the proper treatment will be prescribed.

Need to check the inner elbow for golfers elbow or an issue with the ulnar nerve being irritated by tight flexors, or rib dysfunction or inner arm and scapular muscles irritation. It needs to be assessed; see a sports physiotherapist.
