Pain in uterus
Hello Doctor, m 18 weeks 4 days pregnant. Today I slept in straight position and I woke up in same straight way. When I'm waking up I felt stress in lower abdomen( lower tummy went inside little) . Will it harm my baby. M worried.

No dear nothing will happen but Try to sleep in left lateral position Blood flow to baby is maximum in this position After 5 months of pregnancy sleep OBG straighted is not advisable Continue iron and calcium supplements Check anomalies scan At 20 week s to check baby growth

If it is due to a postural disorder then it should be fine after sometime.so relax and watch for the pain.apply some analgesic spray and ice pack
