Pain in Uterus Belly Area. Pain?

I been to gynae for my belly and pain on uterus like mostly right overy side...she asked me to do urine test both Routine and culture are good ..she did vaginal ultrasound and said everything is normal...I took some antibiotics and vaginal suppository but nothing make me relieved... Pain while intercourse when penis goes deeper.. also my period come late after 48days felt so much period pain I'm also a hypothyroid... But when I walk or do some kitchen stuff like rolling chapattis my pelvic area hurts specialy right side when is ovary and ureter located but urine test shows nothing it was nornaml... Is it endometriosis pain ? I'm also planning for pregnancy..no child yet after 1.6 yrs of marriage.. What tests should be done to find out the pain causing in my lower belly area..that pain is not severe it comes and goes but all day it hurt slowly slowly 😟😭rest makes it little better...plz help
