I taked 4 times more calcium tablet today ,what will happen next?? Tablet name is coralium d3 .i dont know what to do help please

Nothing will happen.Drink plenty of water .It will washout through urine.Calcium is not a very dangerous medicine.Maybe you will feel little distension due to gastritis.Only solution is lot of fluids.
