Whenever I pull back my 2.5 year old son foreskin and wash with water and later he tells it pains or burns for few seconds... Later he will be normal... I had taken him to doctor... And he checked and told it's everything is normal... Sometimes it happens ... His foreskin is retracting... Is it normal
