Pain in urethra and lower abdomen

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am feeling pain in my urethra and tip of the penis when the urine or sperm is coming out and also sometimes feeling pain at lower abdomen area. What i do? i do urine test and culture test, the result shown calcium oxalate present but rest are all ok pls suggest me what kind of step takeing after that
