Most likely the pain is radiating to this tooth. The tooth on front of the tooth u hv marked is infected. U need to get the treatment for that. And the first molar behind the two caps is also carious. That also needs to b treated.

This is the tooth with bridge on it. So this must be due to the infection in the treated tooth Or there is overload on the tooth.This can happen if bridge gets old.
Also in the neighbouring tooth there is cavity formation which needs correction as pain sometimes radiated from adjacent infected tooth.Therr is loss of bone in the tooth where bridge has been placed.
