This is the tooth with bridge on it. So  this must be due to the infection in the treated tooth Or there is overload on the tooth.This can happen if bridge gets old. Also in the neighbouring tooth there is cavity formation which needs correction as pain sometimes radiated from adjacent infected tooth.Therr is loss of bone in the tooth where bridge has been placed. So in short you have to get clinical check up done thoroughly and as dentist will examine with the help of instruments and shortlist the exact cause of pain from possible causes as explained above. .
