M 36,no alcohol,D,seem like bit a combination of mental and physical issue. I feel like blood is not flowing till the tip and something is getting blocked in between the penis, I feel pain while getting erection (again at the ring part between. Lower &upper penis area.I feel that penis also getting thinner.No sex life from last one year.nolibido
