  4. Pain in underarm. What should i do next.

Pain in underarm
From past 1 month I am having pain under right arm and have pain in the muscle or vein under arm so is it anything to be worried about what should be do whenever I move my hand I get pain there like the muscle pull or is it lump underarm making it painful .what should I do next.
