Pain in tip of the penis

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My tip of the penis is paining when I try to have intercourse.i did consult a urologist and for my ultrasound and blood tests related to it. Everything is normal. Doctor says its coz of stress consult a psychiatrist. Is it true or is there any other tests that can tell what exactly is the problem.? All these days I thought it's UTI bit after the reports came out today even that s ruled out. Now what can be the reason for my pain penis?
