Pain in tip of penis, slightly erect

Im experiencing stabbing pain on the right side of the tip of my penis. It's not constant, and happens seemingly randomly or with pressure in that area, but other than that no other discomfort .In addition to this, I have a slight erection constantly. I dont know if it's because im focusing on it or some other problem. Please help. This has been going on for a few hours now
