  3. Pain in the wrists. Suggest something!

Pain in the wrists
There has been pin in my right hand wrist from last few.. I've tried curing it with some bsic home remedies like hot water with salt & even applied ointment on it. The pain has lessend but it is still there. And also it pains when I put any kind of pressure on it for example nt sble to lift things up even a waterbottle. Please do suggest something
