Pain in the vagina while peeing

Asked for Female, 39 Years

Hello Doctor, since couple of days it's been painful to pee. It feels as though heavy load down there. Also last night my left side of the stomach and back hurt. I popped in a crocin last night which actually put me to sleep better. The stomach pain is minimised however the peeing pain still there. Please can you recommend what needs to be done?
