Pain in the vagina area

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I been having after sex pain , like when I will have to pee it's like a burning pain . And then I feel like I have to pee and when I do go to the bathroom nothing comes out . I really want to know what u think it can be . And also today I been starting to bleed a little bit out of my vagina and that make it burn a lot to .. please help me ?
