Pain in the uretha and body aches

I've been having a constant urge to urinate, but when I go to the bathroom, only a small stream happens and the urge to urinate still remains. I've also had burning on the vulva on and off, with some redness of the whole vulva on and off. I've also had some body aches, like pins and needs in my arms and legs.
