Pain in the tip of nipples

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Since 10 days Im having pain in my nipples.. I'm not understanding why is that??? It's in the tip of my nipples.... I thought I was pregnant but I checked yesterday... It turned out negative.... I still have time for my period dat is another 1 or 2 days... But on the 27th Jan I had severe pain in my stomach... I thought I was in my periods.. But no I'm not.... Now Wt is all this... I'm scared.... Please help me
