Pain in the testicles

Asked for Male, 25 Years

There has been a constant mild pain in my testis from arround a week or two And a bit of soarness in the tract from where the sperm and urine passes . And urine dosent passes properly There is a bit of it left evertime i pee . Can u please suggest what it is ?
