Pain in the shoulder region

Asked for Female, 41 Years

I am experiencing periodic pain in the shoulder region. It extends up to my left forearm. Now also having inflammation in the left elbow, and tearing pain on the shoulder. Was diagnosed muscle pain a week ago, took a course of cyra, myoril and zerodol. The frequency has subsided but the pain has not gone completely. Today there is slight swelling.
