Pain in the right side of the upper abdo

My 11yrs old daughter has pain in the right side of the upper waist line since 20 days Ultrasound revealed free minimal fluid in lower abdomen. She has no symptoms of gastrointestinal, urinary problems except pain in the upper right side of the waist line. before going to ultrasound she was prescribed Ciplox tz
