Pain in the right side neck, hand

Asked for Female, 65 Years

My mother has been suffering from pain in the right side of the neck, right shoulder and right hand. This pain is so severe that she cannot even able to move her hand to wear the cloths. This problem she is facing for last 10 years or more. In her previous consultations doctors asked not to lift the heavy weights. This problem is not continuous but happens whenever she clean the house something like that.

Give her a pain killer with muscle relaxant eg Hifenac TH 4 my twice a day Also Gabapantin 100 my twice a day Both for 5 days and review Avoid movements that increase the pain. Avoid pillow
