Pain in the right knee.
I had posted this issue b4. I am posting th same issue in detail. I was playing cricket and slipped and completely tore my ACL and meniscus in the right knee. I had been to Hosmat hospital in Bangalore and got a wrong advice to rest for a year and let it heal naturally. I waited for a year and the same incident happened in my college party and injured the same knee. I visited Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital in Pune and got my ACL reconstructed  using hamstring graft and repaired my meniscus. I had followed 2 physiotherapy sessions and was asked to do the rest at home and asked to come back for the sessions after 2 months. As i was engaged in exams and was able to walk properly, i didnt go for the follow up sessions. Now i am scared as i am not able to run or move around with confidence. I feel pain in my knee especially if i stand for a long time plus my hamstring pulls very badly if i stretch my thigh even a bit. I am really scared regarding this. Let me know if this can be fixed.

Your treatment is bit delayed though but the problem still looks manageable. You need supervised strength and balance training from a sports physio for at least 2 months with a frequency of 2-3 session per week , it will be better if you have an access to therapeutic gymnasium. Use cold pack post work out. You need myofascia release treatment on hamstring muscle which will improove the flexibility of hamstring

As you had an complete tear of ACL, it must have been operated at the first place. And now after your ACL surgery. Your ACL has been repaired, now you need to take continuous sessions of physiotherapy for atleast 3 months. After building appropriate strength and after getting proper physiotherapy sessions you will be able to walk around confidently and easily. You need to take it seriously otherwise the golden time of recovery will be lost and it will lead you to Deformities and permanent insufficiency of your musculature.
