From two days,I'm having so much of pain in my back of the neck. Can anyone suggest me how to get rid of the pain.

Hi, I am Dee Nitish M.D. If it is only two days old pain then just give it rest, light massage, ice pack. You can wear a cervical collar to give it rest. Pain killers can be taken, they don't cause side effects if taken for a few days. I can't prescribe them online, you can just buy them from a chemist. If pain doesn't decrease even after a week, consult a pain doctor
