Pain in the middle of the chest

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hi, I am having pain in the middle of the chest. It pains at top middle and sometimes it pains at the bottom middle of the chest. It happens when I wake up in the morning, at the time when i have motions as I have to bend down in the Indian style toilet. It also happens sometimes in day time. Could you please suggest a solution here. Currently I am having Anleo DSR in the morning empty stomach and Ultranuron plus at night after dinner.
