Pain in the left testicle

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Hi, I am 39 years old male. I am having pain in the left testicle since early morning. The pain is mild but persistent. There is no other pain except that. I am also having mild Rheumatoid Arthritis from a year or so which causes pain and tenderness in the lower back, fingers and knees. Kindly advise how to get rid of this testicle pain.
