Pain in the left side of the stomach

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Earlier Period date was 23 march but my period date skippped. Today is 30th but my periods did not arrived. I do have a light pain in my left breast as well as I do have a pain on my left lower stomach. I do have a back pain. And I do always feel uneasy as well as uncomfortable. I have pregnancy test with help of prega News yesterday but the result was negative. Dat means on the 6th day of my periods skipped I had a pregnancy test. Plzzz assist me whether I m pregnant or not. And if the answer is NO den why am I facing these problems .
