Pain in the left side of lower back
I am32 years old unmarried woman. I've got pain in the left side of my lower back for last 25 days. Got my X Ray done in which it is written " Ring of lumbar Spine - Early oestophyte formation seen" pain remains all the time. I find difficulty bending forward. And pain aggravates with activity. The pain sometimes goes into left hip and then leg aswell. Happened with me for the first time. Need Doctor's advice please.

Hello Practo User, Your xray does not look that bad . Don't worry about the Reports. Pain you are experiencing is due to nerve compression in your lower back. Take bed rest for few days. Avoid bending forwards. Don't sit for long time. Use a Lumbosacral Belt for 3 weeks.
