Pain in the left side of chest for some

Hi I am a 41 year old male having pain in the left side of chest for the last 20 odd days Done ECG that was normal then advised for Stress Echo that to was also done today Know also the pain persists as before no difference Know having pain in the head from 2-3 days From centre of head & going towards the neck region.Feeling of vomiting sensation

Hello...... If all reports regarding heart function are normal then it could be something else.. Pain and nausea feelings is sometimes related to stomach.. When stress test comes normal other possible causes should be ruled in.. Consult general physician..
