Pain in the left hand
I have pain in the joints of left hand and right hand mostly on left side and i almost sleep on the leftside on the bed during night and i have pain under the armpit sometimes and having a sensation of pins and needles or somekind a burning sensation in left hand palm since four days the pain comes and goes ...is there any serious issue with this? Im on tb medication and

Looks like cervical spondilosis. You can take tablet Myospas Forte thrice daily for ten days. You can take tablet Indocid 25mg thrice daily after food for ten days. You can do an MRI or x Ray of cervical spine. You can take multivitamins. Use soft pillow underneath the neck and do neck exercises
