Pain in the chest

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Few days back my bp become low around 90/60 and same day my bp become on higher side and there was gas and pain started in my chest and i got treated but from that day i am having heavyness in my chest and kind of pain bp is fine around 120/70 without medicine doc states that its more cz of acidity m nt sure is it jst cz of my anxiety my 2d test is okay
