Pain in the breast

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I am a mother of two and have developed a sharp shooting pain on the right side of my breast which is quite painful .. this pain comes and goes on it’s own and sometimes radiates around the breast .. I feel my skin swollen which is gone hard but does not look like a lumps.. I do not have any redness nor fever nor loss of appetite..
