Keep two tennis balls under the low back region for a couple of minutes in lying posture on hard surface. You can also stretch calf muscles as well including foot muscles ( squeeze).

As per your height and weight ratio your body weight is more compared to your height and apart from that you did more of walking which caused more stress to your metatarsophalangeal joint. If you are not a regular walker and if you have overexerted your self, then your poor faulty foot mechanics could lead to pain
Next Steps
Apply ice after every 2 hrs to the painful area. Apply any of the local ointment you have to the painful area to get rid of pain. I recommend nucoxia-p for 3 days twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening after food and meanwhile you should continue with other home remedies
Health Tips
Avoid walking until you are painfree from your weight bearing activites i.e walking. Gradually increase the duration and pace in your walking once your body and legs get used to walking
