  3. Pain in the anus. Pain while defecating.

Pain in the anus.
I have been having pain in the anus for the past two three days and it pains a lot to sit also. There was a little swelling in the area but now it has subsided. But the pain is persistent. There has been no bleeding and there is no pain while defecating.
