Pain in testicles

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I hv pain in my testicles for 6 months.. some times it continues for whole day or for a week.. and they(testicles) have lower degree of pain(bearable pain) continuously. For a day... And i feel size of my scrotum is increasing thats why pain is going on whole day.. plz sir give m a proper sol. For it . THANKYOU
